Bramnick to introduce constitutional amendment preserving in-person voting

TRENTON, N.J. – Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick announced Tuesday his plans to introduce a state constitutional amendment to make it more difficult to block in-person voting.

“One-party rule in Trenton has decided to reject in-person voting in New Jersey,” said Bramnick (R-Union). “We need a constitutional amendment that would only deny in-person voting if 75 percent of the legislature agreed. I will draft the amendment. Politics should never influence our right to vote.”
