TRENTON, N.J. – The New Jersey Assembly passed a wide-ranging package of bipartisan bills Monday in response to the growing coronavirus outbreak to assist the people, schools, businesses and local governments in the state grappling with the medical and financial impacts of the public health crisis.
Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick moved legislation : requiring insurance carriers to completely cover COVID-19 testing and treatment (A3843), extending business tax fillings during the emergency (A3841), and a $20 million appropriation to sanitize schools (A3839).
